The Conjuring 2: The Enfield of Poltergeist initial date release is confirmed and latest reveals on the casts including possible story revealed. The highly anticipated sequel of The Conjuring is set to be released on October of 2016.

Although a lot had speculated that the plot for this upcoming sequel will be the real-life incident that inspired the Amityville Horror, the rumor mill now says that the plot although unconfirmed will revolve around a 1977 case in the suburb of England about a divorced single mother or four who, together with her children was haunted by the poltergeist.

Moreover, James Wan who was the director of its prequel "The Conjuring" and another horror blockbuster film Annabelle and another recent blockbuster hit Fast and Furious 7 was given the go signal by the Warner Bros. direct this upcoming sequel.

The film will once again feature the real life demonologist married couple Ed and Lorrain Warren who will be once again portrayed by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga respectively.

The film originally plan to be released on June 21, 2015 was pushed to October 2016 and will start its production summer of 2015. Whether or not the movie will be shot at England as the original story goes is still unknown.

Furthermore, The walking dead writer David Johnson was confirmed to rewrite the story for the movie originally written by Carey and Chad Hayes.

With the original character and crews retained plus the addition of a credible writer, excitement and expectation is high for this long awaited sequel of one of the most successful horror films of 2013.

With The Conjuring 2: The Enfield of Poltergeist's initial release date and other details finally out, people cannot help but be excited to what director James Wan who is known for making a hit out of small budgeted production is yet to offer us once again.
