Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Update: Leaked info reveals customizable characters, different gameplay including zombie mode, and new features

ActiVision's latest installment of their popular Call of Duty game franchise is not yet out until November, but leaks of the gameplay and new developments have been sight around the internet. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is reported to have some epic improvements from the last installment, and it is getting so much hype this far from release date.

This early, there are massive leaks as to the improvements the game developers are doing for today's most played first-person-shooter game. Rumors have been circulating that game control for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 has been greatly improved, with smoother and more realistic movements across more complicated terrains. Players can slide, jump, slide, and generally move around better with enhancement on the characters and their agility.

The characters are also fully customizable - from appearance, weaponry and accessories, and even outfits complete with medals and patches that show off skills and achievements earned. Not only that, the game reportedly includes skill sets and abilities for each character that the players can master and enhance as they progress in the game. Players can also track their stats and progress throughout missions, so they can always go back and play again anytime.

And speaking of game progression, there are also rumors that numerous modes are now available for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. Of course, there is the usual multi-player mode that the gaming company has largely banked on. It's the same co-op mode except that there are enhancements in ranking up and earning weapons attachments.

And the leak also reported a new zombie mode to be included in the new gameplay. This mode will follow a different storyline, but is definitely helpful for players to master their skills. It can be assumed that this mode was added for those times when the missions are a little too stressful and the players just want to smash and kill zombies. But this mode is not just for entertainment, as it incorporates the XPs earned here to the overall stats of the characters.

Although these leaks have yet to be confirmed by the game's developers ActiVision and Treyarch, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is set for release on November 6, 2015. We'll just have to wait for updates and confirmations from the game devs until then.
