It was speculated that perhaps Kristen DiMera's baby is in some sort of health crisis - and needs the infant's biological mother. Will now they know the truth regarding the real mother of the child?

Smith's exit sounds like this is the end of the road for "WilSon." And rumors indicate that Sonny will face some heartache as he prepares to go.
