Will Smith Is Waiting For The Next Kill In His Deadshot 'Suicide Squad' Solo Photo

By

Will Smith made another appearance in his Deadshot uniform. The last time we had a glimpse of the expert marksman was during an almost full cast photo shoot of Suicide Squad.

Director David Ayer (Training Day, Street Kings) didn't let comic book fans and movie aficionados wait too long for another glimpse of the Deadshot. In contrast to that previous photo, Ayer's social media post now has Smith wearing that trademark strange looking mask matched with a cybernetic eye covering up his Deadshot's mustache. It was obvious, that the 47-year-old movie maker didn't want to stir discontent with the previous photo which had Deadshot exposing his facial hair.

The actor himself even made a stylish photo statement in one of his social media sites after the director posted the yearbook photo of the Suicide Squad last Sunday. Smith wanted to enlighten his fans that their version of Deadshot will definitely go full comic-book version as opposed to earlier rumors. Smith's Deadshot character is the second antihero to have another released solo shoot; the first was for the villain Joker.

Suicide Squad is a doomed organization of incarcerated men and women who are all a nasty piece of work. They are manipulated by the United States of America's so-called Task Force X to do black-ops missions. These missions have a low rate of survival thus making all members of the unit expendable.

In related, Academy Award winner Ed Harris has also been rumored to be a part of the ensemble cast which includes Dallas Buyers Club's Jared Leto (Joker) and How to Get Away with Murder's Viola Davis (Amanda Waller).

Other players in the doomed organization are Adam Beach (Slipknot), Jai Courtney (Boomerang), Karen Fukuhara Katana), Cara Delevingne (Enchantress), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flag), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc) and Jay Hernandez (El Diablo).
