Jake smells trouble at the Nurse Ball and he told Carly about it. What did Duke confirmed? Is that about Jerome hitting Jordan?

Meanwhile, Spencer shows his interest to Emma but she stays humble and said that she is nobody at the party. Emma and Patrick went up the stage for a duet. The performance was great and the people in the ball like it. In the last part of the performance, Elizabeth takes the microphone and makes a big announcement.
