Humor and action in one game? That's what the new Kung Fu Panda brawler promises. Catch it this fall as the latest cartoon martial arts game from Little Orbit arrives to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, and on PC. Join the legendary Kung Fu master Po and the rest of the Dragon Warriors in an action-packed brawler called Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends.
Ever want to be a Dragon Warrior and join Po and friends at the Valley of Peace? Now's your chance as Little Orbit is teaming up with DreamWorks Animation to produce the game. It will feature twenty playable characters from both Kung Fu Panda movies, and will add more playable characters by next year after the release of Kung Fu Panda 3.
Announced last May 4, Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends will have many game modes and gameplays to choose from. It can be played both in single-player and multiplayer modes, - in single-player mode, you can play Tutorial, Practice, and Tournament modes, and for multiplayer, you can choose Versus, Team play, and Tag Team. Multiplayer mode also supports both online and offline play.
The game allows players to use different characters from the movie. You can play as Po, Tigress, Viper, Monkey, Mantis, Crane, Master Shi Fu, and many others. Fans will enjoy the familiar humor that Kung Fu Panda is known for as well as the familiar locations for the battles.
Although the game is set to hit the shelves by fall this year, it won't be until after next year's Kung Fu Panda 3 that it will feature content that is based on the movie. By then, Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends will eventually revolve around an epic tournament where players using characters from all three films can converge and fight for glory.
