Sony Mobile Communications recently announced their latest pro-selfie smartphone and it surely packs a punch. With features that make sure selfies are always awesome, superior tech specs, and slick packaging, Sony Xperia C4 and C4 promises give the competition a run for their money.

Just yesterday, Sony Mobile Communications announced their latest addition to this year's lineup of their smartphones. The new Sony Xperia C4 and its twin sibling C4 dual have been announced and is dubbed as Sony's latest pro-selfie smartphone. Right at the heels of the success of their first pro-selfie phone (Xperia C3), Sony has taken it to the next level and made big improvements on an already competitive smartphone.

The new Sony Xperia C4 and C4 dual has a lot of note-worthy features but there is one thing that make them stand out: the front camera. Gone are the days when you'd have to turn your phone on it's back to take a selfie and hope it did capture your face, all smartphones now have both the main and front cameras. But only the C4 and C4 dual has a 5-MP front camera with a soft LED flash and wide-angle lense (22mm). The front cam also has the Exmor R image sensor, ensuring sharp and vivid photos under any light condition. And if you're taking a selfie video instead, it has the Steady Shot technology to make sure your videos aren't shaky.

The main camera, on the other hand, has 13 megapixels with HDR and superior autofocus. So the awesomeness is not limited to the selfies. The Xperia C4 and C4 dual also comes with a 5.5-inch full HD display at 1920x1080 pixels, making viewing photos and videos a mind-blowing experience. Plus, it also comes with Sony's standard Mobile Bravia Engine 2, so watching movies in your smartphone is a delight. And you don't have to worry about dumping it in your pocket, its screen is scratch-resistant.

Sony Xperia C4 and C4 dual already comes with Android 5.0 (Lollipop) out of the box, with 1.7GHz octa-core processor, making multi-tasking a breeze. And it's sure to last you a long time with its huge 2600 mAh battery. The only difference between the C4 and the C4 dual is that the latter has slots for two sim cards.

Although there is no information yet about its price range, Sony Xperia C4 and C4 dual will be available in the market by June 2015. This pro-selfie and specs packed smartphone will come in Mint, Black, and White.
