Married at First Sight Season 2 couple Jessica Castro and Ryan De Nino have the votes for most likely to break up after episode after episode of the show revealed the couple quarrelling with shouting matches, declaring they don't like each other, and more recently giving each other "the silent treatment."
Zap2it marked the couple status as "Going to break up" citing how the "two just keep spiraling into an increasingly toxic relationship."
