The site also added that this news was whispered from a source a couple weeks ago that Ubisoft has plans to announce the game during a pre-recorded stream on May 12 and the same source tipped that Asassin's Creed Victory is now titled Assassin's Creed Syndicate. Fans can expect to hear more reveals finally next week and find out what to expect from the latest main installment to the AC series.

The world premiere of the next installment of Assassin's Creed will be unveiled via livestream at 9 am PT/12 pm ET on May 12.

The first details on the new game were leaked late last year with the game expected to be set in Victorian London and also believed to be the first Assassin's Creed project developed by Ubisoft Quebec and not by the series creators Ubisoft Montreal instead.

Ubisoft had issued an official statement regarding this leak as saying, "It is always unfortunate when internal assets, not intended for public consumption, are leaked. And, while we certainly welcome anticipation for all of our upcoming titles, we're disappointed for our fans, and our development team, that this conceptual asset is now public."

Assassin's Creed Victory now titled 'Syndicate' is expected to hit PS4, Xbox One and PC release this autumn, although, platforms and solid release date have yet to be formally confirmed by the publisher/developer Ubisoft. Are your hands now itching and getting all excited?
