Getting Kylie Jenner's Lips: Kardashian/Jenner clan have differing opinions on Kylie's decision on lip fillers

By

Kylie Jenner is one of the most popular young stars at the moment, but as with anyone popular, even the people closest to them can stand divided on some issues, and in this case, it's about her lips.

Kylie recently came out and admitted that she used fillers to obtain the plump and luscious look of her lips, and understandably, the members of her family have very strong opinions concerning her decision. The most famous Kardashian, that being Kim, came out in support of her younger half-sister. Kim said she stands firmly behind her younger sister's decision to have the procedure done if it helps her overcome her insecurities, according to the Huffington Post.

"It's something she has always been insecure about. So if it's gonna make her feel better about herself, I'm all for it," said Kim. Another of Kylie's older sisters, Khloe, has also come out in support of her younger sister's decision to get the lip fillers.

It's not a united front for the Kardashian/Jenner clan, however, as Kylie's other sister, Kendall has said she believes her sister's lips are simply too big, according to E! News. Kendall went on to say she is befuddled by her sister's decision to get lip fillers.

It's worth noting that Kylie, 17, initially denied that she had work done on her lips. At first, Kylie simply said her new, plumper lips appeared in part because of good makeup, and getting older, according to Heavy. Controversy has raged around Kylie's lips for a while now, with the young star even saying she was hurt early on when people said she had plastic surgery.

Kylie's fans even began the "Kylie Jenner Challenge" in an attempt to copy the famous lips of their idol. Kylie has stated she does not support the online challenge, and has openly discouraged people from trying it.
