Everyone in the Dancing with the Stars semi-finals night on Monday burst into applause, when Noah Galloway proposed to his girlfriend Jamie Boyd Best.
However, co-host Erin Andrews, who was in between the couple in the dressing room was seen looking "annoyed" as Galloway popped the question. Erin seemed to roll her eyes before she looked-up at the ceiling during the romantic moment, she says she was trying to stop herself from crying.
Shortly after it happened Twitter followers began slamming the TV host for being rude and having the wrong expression and reaction of disdain. Erin tweeted, "'What a moment...sorry my ugly cry face made its debut..love u Noah and Jamie."
The star answered to several Twitter users, saying that she was that her action is because of the emotion she can't contain and she was trying not to bawl. Erin further added in reaction to a post: 'Uhhhhh it's called an oh great I'm going to bawl on camera..ugly cry face alert.' Erin's reaction didn't quite steal the thunder of the proposal while it was on air, even if it was much debated.
Everyone's emotional in the ballroom as the ex- soldier who lost a leg and an arm in combat went down to his knee and proposes to Jamie after performing a Viennese Waltz. Luckily, he got a 'Heck Yes' from her as the pair of hugged and kissed, they were given a standing ovation of the dances, audience and judges. The surprise started to unfold when Noah joined Erin, who asked for her opinions on the dance and on his improvement.
Andrews also shared an image of Galloway's proposal, saying, "What a moment...sorry my ugly cry face made its debut..love u Noah and Jamie @DancingABC." In another twitter post, Andrews said, "This was my favorite @DancingABC show...Congrats and well done to our #DWTS family."
The co-host was obviously emotional when Galloway asked the question, "Jamie, the moment that you surprised me on the show was one of the most amazing moments that I've ever had. This song, the 'Time of My Life,' you've given that to me," he told told Boyd. She takes her hand and kneels down, he said "I've got to do this here, because...Would you marry me?" Boyd said yes, of course.
