Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night release was revealed by Castlevania producer, Koji Igarashi. With the launching, there will also be casted players such as Miriam for the upcoming 2.5D gameplay. Igarashi also revealed the bullying strategy of Konami against their employees.

According to Igarashi, this 2.5D latest project that he has is considered as an "exploration-focused, side-scrolling platformer" mentioned. This style of game design was inspired from the desire to explore the potential of the "classic Igavania formula" that made his decision to create this type of gaming system to the fans around.

Moreover, he ever wanted to retain the classic style that everyone loves in gaming. As such, he developed the Bloostained: Ritual of the Night game through having it in 2.5D instead of having the usual design used for other amazing titles out in the market. He explained that such games like Guilty Gear and Strider are proofs that although it has the 2.5D design, it cannot be left behind by those other 2D gameplay and at the same time it also allows other possibilities and potentials for such kind of design.

Igarashi was reported to seek Kickstarter support for Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night gameplay funding for its development. If the money collected from several pledges made by other gamers, it will be then developed for different platforms specifically in PS4, Xbox One, and PC. He stated in the game's Kickstarter site that those first time backers will have the chance to take advantage of the option to own either of these PS4, Xbox One, or PC retail discs.

He also stated that the estimated time of delivery of these Bloostained: Ritual of the Night Kickstarter items will be by March of 2017. Several options were made available depending on the amount of pledges that will be made. For example, for pledges around $28 or more, the backers will have a digital copy of the game compatible for PS4, Xbox One or Steam [PC/Linux/Mac]. This also applies to those amounts beyond $28. They even go as high as $10,000!

According to recent news published, this Kickstarter initiated by Igarashi will end around June 12 with a vague view on its goal. This is because of the prediction that this has already surpassed the funding goal. The term "surpass" here means definitely "crushed." So far, the funding reached $600,000 in just a few hours that went beyond the expectation of half a million dollars.

This means that Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night official game development will be sooner than expect. That might be possible for this reason. Currently, they are now able to collect around $1,600,000 since the Kickstarter was first posted.

Igarashi was a former employee under Konami before he went off from Hideo Kojima's walls. Recently, he said through an in an interview that the company he worked before were excellent in bullying their employees to halt the spread of every itty-bitty information of every gameplay released. Because of these, there were a lot of top-level creators who were not able to enjoy the way they handled game development, which they know their fans would love because of this particular strategy that Kojima does to them.

He also added to his surprising revelation that Konami is a big corporation who is really good and natural in chasing money. Because according to him, being in that kind of business is all about money. With that, he did another strategy to make it a direct support for his Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night well-funded through the use of Kickstarter.
