Lab tests for G4 and GS6 were huge deciding factors where testers used actual performance tests for the devices. In both stats and lab tests Samsung GS6 were favored more by the tech reviewers. However, LG G4 won in one important test category.
Testing both devices' cameras in real world settings is a significant consideration and LG G4 won in this test. Both were equipped with a 16 MP rear camera with the difference of f/1.9 aperture for GS6 and f/1.8 aperture for G4. GS6 has optical stabilization, tracking autofocus, LED flash with manual focus capability. On the other hand, G4 has three-axis optical image stabilization, dual-tone LED flash, hybrid infrared autofocus and RGB color spectrum sensor.
