Dragon's Dogma Online Beta Test Set this Summer on PS4, PS3, PC; Capcom Confirms 1080p60 Gameplay, New Characters, Bow and Arrow Combat System

Capcom has recently announced Dragon Dogma Online Beta Test will be happening in Japan this summer on three platforms, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC following exciting initial reveals that the game will be running in beautiful FULL HD and 60fps on PS4.

The character customization system In the last Alpha of Dragon Dogma Online is rather simple and minimal changes changes are allowed. Reportedly, the combat with small monsters is very easy for players and once level 10 is reached, players will get full knowledge of the new game. Eight players can enter the dungeon where they stay in a castle that is under siege by monsters from all sides.

The game developer has also confirmed that Dragon's Dogma Online will run at 1080p and in 60 frames-per-second on PlayStation 4.

During a recent meeting in Tokyo as reported by DualShockers, game director Kent Kinoshita also stated that the PlayStation 3 version will perform slightly below that of its next-gen counterpart, with a resolution of 720p and frame rate of 30. In addition, Dragon's Dogma Online will support cross-platform play across the three platforms mentioned.

PlayStation Japan has also released an all-new trailer for Dragon's Dogma Online. It is the upcoming game's third trailer which showcased a rundown of the characters, a combination of bow and arrow combat as well as melee combat. The said teaser video was divided into a wide array of odd shapes to indicate an even more types of footage and attacks.

No release date has been revealed for Dragon's Dogma Online as of this time other than it is currently scheduled to arrive on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC. There is no word on an international release of this Capcom upcoming title either but interested players can check out for more information via their official website.
