Avril Lavigne has been facing divorce rumors with husband Chad Kroeger as well as battling with a devastating Lyme disease. The "Here's to Never Growing Up" singer proves that the rumors of splitting up with Kroeger are false after posting on social media photos with husband in a vacation in Miami and recently just recorded a new song "Fly" for the Special Olympics.
The photo of the couple with their tongues hanging out is the most recent picture of them together since six months. Avril Lavigne has been married with Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger for almost two years. The two has been battling constant rumors that they are near divorcing. Fox News have started it all when they reported that Kroeger "has been going around L.A. telling people that they are divorcing", which was coincidental as Lavigne went missing in action.
It was later known that the reason for Avril Lavigne's sudden absence is Lyme disease, a condition which is caused by tick made her completely weak and bedridden for five months. The "Complicated" singer disclosed her health condition in 'Good Morning America, where she reportedly experiences difficulties in breathing, moving and talking. "I went from doctor to doctor for about eight months until I found somebody that had the knowledge of Lyme disease and the experience of treating it"/
In an interview with People, Avril Lavigne thought she was dying. "There were definitely times I couldn't shower for a full week. It felt like having your entire life suck out of you". Avril's 40-year-old husband was reportedly "very happy" for opening about her illness. The "Bitchin' Summer" singer is also currently working on her new album where she recorded her new song entitled "Fly", where the profits will be donated to the Special Olympics. "Fly" was co-written with Chad Kroeger and David Hodges.
Avril Lavigne has shocked fans of her Lyme disease but shuts down rumors of divorce with husband in Instagram. With her new song "Fly", fans are hoping for more of her appearance.
