Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars Kendall Jenner and Scott Disick unaffected by date rumors as they were seen dining in II Pastaio in Beverly Hills with George Hamilton and Gigi Hadid's father, Mohamed. Disick's girlfriend and Jenner's sister, Kourtney Kardashian, wasn't with the two, during the lunch outing.
Date rumors between the two reportedly started when Kendall Jenner posted a sexy Instagram photo while she was out, shopping, with Disick. Reports say that the "flirtationship" between the two started in Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding where everybody's attention was centered on the event, that they didn't notice Disick making advances to the young Jenner. Disick allegedly told Jenner that it was okay for them to act a little inappropriately since they weren't technically related. Soon after, reports of the two getting cozy, Jenner being pregnant, and even an alleged marriage proposal from Disick surfaced.
As rumors between Disick and Jenner became persistent, Jenner's other sister Khloe Kardashian, who was also previously linked to Scott Disick, cleared the issue when she sarcastically tweeted, "I'm really pissed about this whole @KendallJenner and @ScottDisick thing!! Scott, I thought it was you and I that was having the affair!" to which Disick also playfully replied "Don't worry @khloekardashian, You will always be my number 1." Jenner also went with the conversation, pretending to be upset with Disick's reply quoting his tweet, "excuse me?! RT @ScottDisick: Don't worry @khloekardashian you will always be my number 1."
But even though these rumors between Scott Disick and Kendall Jenner have been cleared out, Scott is reportedly going through a rough patch in his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian, as his drinking and behavioral issues continue. In a clip from the latest season of their reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney told her sister Khloe that she has been asking Disick to slow down, but it seems like he isn't doing anything about his issues yet. Later in the conversation, Disick reportedly came up, and asked Kourtney if he could come home, to which Kourtney didn't allow, saying he couldn't return with the state of mind that he is currently in.
