Nicole Schezinger recently broke her silence over her ex-boyfriend Lewis Hamilton amid reports that the latter is already dating aspiring supermodel Kendall Jenner.
Just this week, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star was spotted at the Monaco Grand Prix with her friends Hailey Baldwin, Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid. Jenner's attendance at the said event sparked rumors that she could be dating Hamilton. Such speculations heightened after Jenner was spotted wearing a diamond-encrusted gold chain that Hamilton was previously photographed with.
Although the alleged couple didn't confirm or deny the reports that they are indeed dating, The Sun noted that Kris Jenner is supportive of the duo's budding friendship.
"She really wants Kendall to date him. Lewis and Kris have become friendly in recent months and she thinks he's perfect for her daughter. Kendally usually goes for bad boys like Chris Brown and Justin Bieber so Lewis could be a good influence on her," a source told the publication.
Meanwhile, Scherzinger, who broke up with Hamilton in February after seven years, confirmed that their split was a mutual decision, Entertainment Tonight reported. According to the former "X-Factor" judge, the two of them just became complacent after dating each other for several years.
In a recent interview with People, the singer/dancer said, "Sometimes people stay in relationships because they get complacent, because it's comfortable for them, because they don't want to be alone."
At present, the singer said that she is in the process of improving her life and finding the right man for her.
"For me, what's helped me to get through this is I'm quite a spiritual person. It's grounded me and I realized that I do have a great purpose in life. If relationships or people in your lives are meant to be, they will come back around, but that shouldn't be what's holding you back," she explained.
