CyberConnect2 Boss Hiroshi Matsuyama has dished interesting gameplay details on the release of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 to whet the appetite of anime fans while waiting for the launch come Fall on Xbox One, PS4 and PC platforms.
According to recent reports that surfacd online, Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 was reportedly showcased and playable at 2015 MCM London Comic-Con. Matsuyama, on the other hand, has discussed specifically some crucial gameplay tidbits that players can look forward to in this new and final installment of the series.
"Since some players will have a two person team and others a three man cell, we wanted to balance this by only having one life gauge between all characters," Matsuyama said.
"We are going to have the game balanced for players even if they are fighting against someone with all Tailed Beast user three man cell. We are thinking about putting in a counterattack. The support gauge is used when you do a leader change so you cannot constantly switch characters, but you could have three Tailed Beast attacks in a row," he added.
He also explained that when the player is in Awakening Mode on Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, they remain active even when they switch leader characters.
"It's possible to have a Tailed Beast Ball combo attack where Shukaku attacks first then Kurama can come out right away," the developer's boss revealed.
In addition, Matsuyama and his developmet team have been working on wall fighting as a unique feature that they want to include Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4. It is a technique where players can stand on a wall and attack the enemies. The fighter on the wall gains a big advantage over other players as he can make the attack agains the fighters on the ground but can hardly attack the wall fighter.
Earlier, the gameplay streamed at the Bandai Namco Variety Hours on Twitch has showcased Gamakichi that you can check out via this link here.
