The latest Star Wars Battlefront teaser looks like its confirming the inclusion of Han Solo, one of the franchise's most beloved characters.
"Keep it on the DL... 44," stated in the new image posted in the official EA Star Wars Twitter account. The DL-44 heavy blaster pistol was wielded by Han Solo in the Star Wars movies and Battlefront 2.
The developers have reassured fans that more characters are set to be revealed in the coming months, and currently Darth Vader and Boba Fett are the only hero characters confirmed to be featured in Battlefront.
Star Wars Battlefront Design Director of Niklas Fegraeus confirmed earlier this month that EA will feature something special for E3 in June, where it seems likely that more characters will be featured in this year's gaming event.
Fegraeus has confirmed earlier in May that EA had something special planned for the annual gaming showcase. In the Star Wars Battlefront official page he revealed as saying:
"What we want to make sure is that each Star Wars fan can have something really awesome to look forward to, be that epic online battles or an instant skirmish alone or with a friend."
"I really look forward to showing you all more from the game as we get closer to release, and for you guys who are asking me when you can see gameplay, I can tell you that we have great plans for E3.
"So tune in starting June 15, because at E3 this year, Star Wars Battlefront gameplay will make its debut and we're all super excited to show it to you."
Players who pre-order the game can fight the battle on the Planet of Jakku on December 1, 2015, that's one week early from other players who will get access to this free content on December 8th, 2015.
Star Wars Battlefront officially launches on November 19, 2015 for the PlayStation4, Xbox One and Origin for PC.
