Hulk Hogan is not the only professional wrestler who wants to join the wagon of Hollywood. In fact, joining the Expendables 4 cast would not be his first movie project.
Expendable creator and actor Sylvester Stallone and Hulk Hogan are good friends for 3 decades. These two are keeping in touch whenever they can. It is a common knowledge that Stallone was the first to give Hogan an opportunity to hop in the movie arena from wrestling arena. Hulk first appear in Rocky III in 1982 then followed by his lead role in "No Holds Barred", "Mr. Nanny", "Santa With Muscles", and many others. Recently, Hulk divulged his recent phone conversation with Sly. He said that the two are planning to make him the most evil man in the world in his role in Expendables 4.
Everyone knows that the last 3 Expendables movies were all about non-stop action and explosives. Hence, followers are anticipating more from the upcoming Expendables 4. Hulk could definitely fit into any badass and villainous character. But the question is, could he still keep up with the stunts required in this action film? Hogan has an answer to that. Hiring a good stunt man will do the trick. What is important is that he is being considered to join the next installment of Expendable films. This present generation may not be familiar with Hulk as a professional wrestler least an actor. But then the cast of the Expendables films is a band of veteran actors, except of course for Statham, Hemsworth, Kelan Lutz and other new breed of Hollywood actors. Consequently, casting Hulk certainly would not make the fans lose their interest.
Other names that are buzzing around and who are rumored to be part of Expendables 4 aside from Hulk are Jacky Chan, Pierce Brosnan, and Floyd Mayweather. As to the plot of the film, nothing has been shared yet by Director Hughes. Instead he shared his advice Sly, and that is to get out of the box and move the next installment into a different direction. This move perhaps will do good for Expendable so that fans would have something to look forward to aside from the usual non-stop action and explosives.
So one rumor has been confirmed for Expendables 4, Hulk will join the cast. The film will be released in the USA this 2016.
