Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited is all set to launch on Xbox One and PS4 this June 9th and takes place 1,000 years before Skyrim, and 800 years prior to Morrowind and Oblivion. The new title is said to feature the Quick Chat System as well as pre-order bonus items such as the free special Explorer's pack.
The storyline of Elder Scrolls Online is reported to be the earliest of all the current games happening about 800 years before the events of Morrowind and Oblivion and more or less 1,000 years before Skyrim.
The story involves a mission of the Daedric Prince Molag Bal to merge the whole Elder Scrolls universe with his own plane of Oblivion while the whole of Tamriel battles against each other that divided up into three Alliances vying for control of the Ruby Throne in Imperial City.
Meanwhile, the final console trailer for ZeniMax's 'This is The Elder Scrolls Online' series has been released to preview the MMO's launch on June 9. Upon this date, players who purchased Tamriel Unlimited will be able to log in at midnight, local time.
Reportedly, the console version of the game will feature a Quick Chat system which affords players with a collection of pre-made phrases and enables quick communication with other players as well as sets the phrases to the shortcut wheel. Upon a phrase being chosen, it will appear as a text chat bubble which is visible other players nearby, and includes an emote.
Fans will receive the Explorer's Pack, a special in-game content that offers additional options to customize characters and making online avatar. This is included in both digital and physical preorders which also includes bonus treasure maps, a companion pet called Warty, and the chance to put together a character of any race, regardless of alliance.
In the absence of the patch, the three alliances on offer provide only three race choices each, thus, limiting who players are allowed to choose and what unique bonuses to have by selecting between the items.
Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited is releasing to Xbox One and PS4 consoles come June 9 as announced earlier by Bethesda Softworks.
