Tracy Morgan recovers his health slowly as Wal-Mart settles their legal predicament

Writer, executive producer and comedian, Tracy Morgan and Wal-Mart have finally settled a lawsuit regarding the Car crash occurred in June 2014. The said car crash injured the comedian and three others and disheartened to report that Morgan's long-time friend, James "Jimmy Mack" McNair died.

According to TIME, the case was resolved amicably by both parties. Wal-Mart has done a right thing for Tracy Morgan, his family and other concern. Benedict Morelli, Tracy Morgan's trusted lawyer said that Wal-Mart took responsibility of the accident that had happened. Wal-Mart trucks damaged Tracy Morgan's limo with his friends inside.

International Business Times confirmed Wal-Mart, on the other hand, was well-aware of the weight of the situation. Though nothing can ever change what happened and a life that was taken wouldn't be given back, they are committed to ensure the well-being of those who have been affected by the accident occurred. Washington Post have mentioned that, although, the driver of the Wal-Mart truck, Kevin Roper, was charged with vehicular homicide and assault by auto after the said car crash, Washington Post reiterated.

The "30 Rock" star was seriously injured. He suffered from a severe brain injury in the said highway crash. But then he is on his way to finally been able to have everything back to normal after the grieving experience. It is slowly but surely for Tracy Morgan; he is reportedly back to walking, though with cane, last month.

The 46-year old comedian is finally doing all his best to be back on track and exerting so much effort in therapies and other things that can help him to fully recover and be in-the-know of things. He is said to be working on a series with FXX, FX's offshoot network, before the car crash happened; it was put on hold since the occurrence and Tracy Morgan is hoping that if everything will turn to its normal pace again, he can continue what they have started on the shoot.
