Latest Critics' Choice Award update on Allison Janney and James Corden made out on stage explained the very reason why it had happened. While Corden thought it was special, the best supporting actress winner revealed that there was no special about the kiss and revealed she does that to anybody.

Allison Janney, who won the best supporting actress in a Comedy, made out with James Corden Sunday on Critics' Choice Award 2015. Of course, the act was one of the most talked about after the ceremony.

Gossip Cop reported that the best supporting actress CCTA winner said after the smooch on Sunday, "I didn't mean anything by that. I just love this man so much. You're one of my favorite comics on the planet."

And to clear things up, Janney sat down with Corden "Late Late Show" on Wednesday. Janney revealed that the kiss between them was nothing special, as she revealed a hilarious clip of the actress kissing her limo driver, the studio's security guard, a CBS page, and her makeup artist. But before the video was played, the host revealed to audience that he did expect Allison's kiss was special until how she arrived to the show.

Corden and Janney also cleared that the kiss was not French kiss. Janney said that, "I merely went for a laugh because I was jet-lagged, and I hadn't prepared a speech. I knew that you were a fellow thespian and thought, 'He's gonna understand what I'm doing here. I'm gonna go for a laugh.' "

Corden then joked that he thought she got thespian mixed up with lesbian. Well, Janney certainly went for some girl-on-girl kisses at the "Late Late Show."

Entertainment Weekly noted that the impromptu make out works well to spice up an otherwise monotonous award show, and it works every single time.
