Ice Age 5: The Final Chapter Is Last Sequel for Manny and Friends; Storyline, Release Date Revealed

By

Ice Age 5 is going to be the last of its installment according 20th Fox Century. This news may dishearten some avid fans who watch the film from the very beginning. The last movie, "Ice Age 5: The Final Chapter" targets to hit the big theaters on July 15, 2016.

As we can remember, the first Ice Age movie in 2002 only began with a baby, a Saber-toothed squirrel together with Saber-toothed Tiger, a Sloth and our beloved Mammoth. All the characters have gone through a lot of adventure and now they are about to face their final end. Let's hope that the ending for these characters will be worthy of all the earlier chapters. Fans of Many and company are very excited to see the last Ice Age that will occur in the movie.

Finally we have now the storyline for the Ice Age 5. Just like before, the story goes around the group of prehistoric animals trying to survive the environmental changes during Ice age. In the final chapter, Manny (Mammoth), Diego (Saber-toothed tiger) and Sid (Sloth) will have to survive another catastrophe which all started by Scrat ( Saber-toothed squirrel) and his love of chestnuts.

Ice Age 5 will be a sequel of the Ice Age Continental Drift and will bring you back to where it left off in an island, the crew ended on the last Ice age. Unlike the other settings, Scract will be situated on a beach while Sid works on his tone deaf line, then Diego feels irritated and Manny couldn't sleep so he shouted "Quiet" at everyone.

After Manny yells, everyone in the group heard a familiar cracking sound as if Scrat did something really horrifying again and that moment they knew who causes the drift.

Good news for the cast and crew because it is confirmed that the voice actors who work for the previous film, will be working again for the last finale. We have the main cast composed of voice actor Ray Romano as Manny the Mammoth, John Leguizamo for Sid the Sloth character, then Denis Leary for Diego the Saber-toothed tiger and lastly Chris Wedge as Scrat the saber-toothed squirrel.

Because of being an adorable film, Ice Age is recognized as the 11th grossing franchise of all time and also awarded as the 2nd highest grossing animated franchise worldwide. Each Ice Age film is astounding and deserves to get the recognition they are receiving now.

Hopefully, fans of Ice Age 5 will be satisfied to hear some of this information and let's watch the film all together next year.
