News spreads from the Manny Pacquiao's camp about the possible rematch if Manny decided to set foot on the ring one last time. Currently, Manny is still recovering from his shoulder injury to repair a torn rotator cuff while Floyd Mayweather has no plan of giving the Filipino boxer a rematch after his injury claim.
Last May 2, people worldwide watched "The Fight of the Century" which called "The Battle of Greatness" with Pacquiao versus Mayweather. Many fans got disappointed with the unanimous decision from the judges, in favor of Mayweather. According to many viewers, Mayweather played it too safe, avoiding Pacquiao's punches by running and taking advantage of the situation.
According to Philstar.com, an insider's report said that Pacquiao has no plans of fighting anybody in the ring except if it is Mayweather. This could only mean that it is impossible to have an Amir Khan fight. But we are sure Pacquiao is determined to defeat Mayweather one last time in the history of boxing.
As of now, there are only rumors circulating in the media about the possible rematch. But based on the boxing fight last time, Pacquiao was not really satisfied with the result and he even thought he won the fight.
Latinos Post published an interview with Alex Arixa, a former ally of team Pacquiao said that the second fight is pointless especially that Pacman still has the same old crew. Is he blaming the crew for Manny's defeat in the ring?
Pacquiao can actually choose to have a retirement but according to many critics, he may fight for one or two more fights before closing his career in boxing. While Pacquiao is focusing on winning the title. Mayweather may consider a rematch if it means more money on his pocket even he already said that Pacquiao doesn't deserve to get a rematch for being a loser and a coward.
Someone in Pacquiao's camp even said in a Vine Report that they have to show to Mayweather that he can win in the rematch to get his approval.
Many speculations are still coming about the possible rematch of Manny Pacquiao vs Floyd Mayweather. But the question now is whether the same crowd will watch the rematch and bring the same revenues for the fight?
