Titanfall 2 Supports More Platforms: Respawn title not to be showcased in E3 2015; Release date in 2018?

By

Titanfall 2 is getting a lot of hype from fans, considering the success of its original release, and with the E3 coming up. However, the chances for announcements from Respawn's popular title is as thin as ice with recent reports suggesting that the game could end up launching as late as 2017 or 2018. At this point, fan questions towards the game developer are being addressed, while the game has a dedicated venue for giving important news on its progress.

It has already been mentioned in a report that Respawn will be releasing Titanfall during the 2016 to 2017 financial year. Seeing that this will be a long wait, the developer urged its fans to be as patient as they can be, as noted even in social media.

The Twitter account of Titanfall was given a request by a fan to divulge any details on the sequel that are available to date. Respawn answered, "Unfortunately, other than the fact that Titanfall 2 is being developed, we don't have any other details such as release dates etc... But keep an eye on the News page from time to time... As soon as we have more info, it should show up there."

The game has about 360,000 followers on Twitter. However, the latest update on the news site shared by Respawn was dated in November of 2014. This only shows how much fans are craving to experience what is next for the title. As noted in another report on Titanfall, it was able to bag several awards in the E3 Game Critics. These categories would be: Best Action Game, Best Online Multiplayer Game, Best PC Game, Best in Show, Best Original, as well as Best Console Game.

Titanfall 2 is still facing a long road ahead. As early as now, however, it is being suggested that the Respawn game will support different platforms. Fans should tune in for more updates online every now and then.
