Apple, the brand known for the Macbook Pro laptops has just developed and released an updated version of its 15-inch MacBook Pro, which was released a few months ago, and as it appears the older version of the same design (MGXC2LL/A) it tries to replace seems to be on Apple's lowest offer yet with a $700 discount at $1,799.99.
Featuring an Intel Core i7 quad-core processor, 16 GB DRR3L RAM, 512 Gb SSD, and an Nvidia GeForce GT 750M, the 15-inch MacBook Pro (MGXC2LL/A) is as high-end as it can get for an Apple laptop to date and whose only difference from its updated version is the inclusion of the ForceTouch Trackpad, a slightly faster SSD, and the use of AMD Radeon R9 M370X graphics card in lieu of Nvidia GeForce GT 750M.
Coming from two of Apple' authorized resellers, B&H and Adorama, this older version of the 15-inch MacBook Pro unit, however, may be priced differently with or without the AppleCare Protection Plan as part of the purchase.
Interested buyers may avail of this high-end laptop by Apple on B&H with a price tag of $1,899 without AppleCare, or $2143 with it. Between the two, however, Adorama offers a better deal with its $200 mail-in rebate as a prepaid card which drops the price to an all-time low of $1,799.99. Using the same rebate along with the additional discount of $150 by using the promo code "APINSIDER" during checkout, buyers may avail of the laptop with AppleCare for only $1,949.99 for a total discount of $898.
Another perks involved in the sale is the option to choose one of three choices of free accessories -- Microsoft Sculpt Bluetooth Comfort Mouse, LG 8x External DVD Disc Writer, and Sabrent 4-Port USB 2.0 Hub -- or two heavily-discounted accessories -- Corel's Digital Organization Creativity Suite for Mac (for $10) or WD My Passport Ultra 1TB Portable HDD (for $29.00).
Purchases conducted on both B&H and Adorama are legible for expedite shipping even on areas outside of New York (for B&H only) and New Jersey, sales tax-free. How cooler can that be?
