The couple was seen in France dating. Yahoo UK reported that the magazine published the photo of the couple strolling down, sweet with each other and apparently kissing. Unlike US, France has a law protecting everyone's privacy and this is a right that the country is maximizing.
The actor is seeking €11,000 or $12,347 in damages because of this matter. Ooops! Magazine where Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayks photos were published are defending their end that there was nothing wrong about the photo taken and that it did not violate any legal law or rights. But, Bradley Cooper is not convinced. France might be the only country that he could this case.
Gossipcop.com reported that the magazine's owner, Frederic Truskolaski does not seem to be alarmed about the lawsuit Bradley Cooper filed against his company. He also said in an official statement that he can't understand why the actor is suing. He reiterated that there was nothing wrong with the article published and that it only confirms Bradley Cooper's relationship with the Russian model, Irina Shayk.
Truth be told that the two are apparently dating after all, but France, again, has a law that constitutes some prohibitions of rolling-out some private information of anybody whether that light or severe for that matter.
