The unfortunate events during "Chicago PD" Season 2 will continue to haunt Det. Erin Lindsay for Season 3 after not being able to save Nadia. The upcoming season of the NBC show will be exploring more of how Lindsay will be dealing with the said guilt.
In a report by Vine Report, "Chicago PD" Season 3 will be sticking with Lindsay's question of where she belongs as she looks at her badge noting that she is better of minding her own business rather than reaching out to other people. This statement was released via an interview with the show's producer Matt Olmstead.
Sophia Bush plays the character of Lindsay and she also talked about the decision of how her character will eventually decide to quit her post as a detective. She noted that she is unsure how the writers will be weaving that into the plot of the story and noted that it would be exciting to see how Lindsay recovers from the setback she has suffered from during the show's season 2.
Bush added that her character always want to move forward and get the job done but what happened in the season finale of season 2 broke her. She added that she hopes it would take more than one episode for her character to want to get back and be the detective everyone loves.
