Dutch staffing firm Randstad reached an agreement to acquire some of the operations of rival USG People in Europe for 20 million euros which both companies expect to generate more profits.
USG People has been facing dilemma as its operations are hardly affected by the persistent debt crisis and occuring economic melton in the European since it only operates inside the region.
Randstand said in a statement that it will become the number 1 player in Luxembourg, Poland and Spain during the completion of the deal, which it also expects to increase its earnings per share.
Still subject to approval by regulators, the deal is expected to close in June this year.
