Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F English-dubbed movie is soon to hit theaters in the US. Frieza comes back to seek for revenge against Goku and Vegeta.
Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F, also called as "Dragon Ball Z: Ressurection of F" or "Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no F" is a blockbuster hit in Japanese theaters during its release in April. The movie reportedly defeated "Fast and Furious 7 " in the number 1 spot and made Japan the only country where the hit FF7 movie did not place number 1.
But US fans don't need to feel envious of Japan as Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F will hit theaters real soon. FUNimation has announced that the film will be released in US in August 4 to 12, although, it has not been confirmed yet, whether it will be released in 3D just like in Japan.
In order to know about the screening locations and updates about the movie, DBZ fans are advised to sign up in the Dragon Ball Z's website.
Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F's story will be a continuation of last year's "Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods" and FUNimation CEO Gen Fukunaga promises that the movie is totally a must-watch.
"We are thrilled to bring fans - both new and old - this latest film from series creator Akira Toriyama. Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F' is a visually stunning movie and offers even more action and comedy than Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods," he said.
In the movie, Frieza comes back from the dead and seeks revenge. Goku and Vegeta teams up and evolves into Super Saiyan God Super Saiyans to defeat the enemy.
Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F's English-dubbed version, Chris Ayres will voice as Frieza, Kyle Herbert as Gohan, Sean Schemmel as Goku, and Christopher Sabat as Vegeta. The movie's screenplay was by Akira Toriyama, and directed by Tadayoshi Yamamuro.
