Rihanna attends the 2015 BET Awards as one of the nominees for Best Female R&B/Pop Artist and also, to show her support for ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. During the said event, she also duck taped Floyd Mayweather, Jr.'s mouth to stop him from uttering inappropriate words as the event unfolded. Furthermore, she also just recently adopted a stray dog named "Pepe".
Rihanna has been up and about the music scene for several years already, gaining her the opportunity to be one of the nominees for Best Female R&B/Pop Artist award during the 2015 BET Awards. According to Hollywood Life, she attended the event not only as an award nominee, but also to show her support for ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. She revealed that she wanted to talk to the rapper and show him that she's proud of his achievements and for being a good father to his daughter. The timing is quite coincidental for Rihanna to reach out to Brown now that he finally decided to stop pursing his ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, whom wrote a song for after she broke up with him upon learning that he fathered a child with someone else. In fact, Rihanna was also seen singing and dancing to Chris Brown's song entitled "Post To Be" with Omarion while Brown was performing at the BET. During the BET Awards held at Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles, California, Rihanna also stole the show when she duct taped Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s mouth while the event was going on. According to Daily Mail, Mayweather was sitting next to her and she was annoyed at how noisy he was the whole time. Thus, Rihanna detached the duct tape she wore as a bracelet that night at placed it across Mayweather's mouth. Way to go, Rihanna! Who would have thought that a boxing champ can be put down by a girl? Only Riri can, eventually.
In other news, US Magazine reported that Rihanna also recently adopted a stray dog that she found while clubbing in Los Angeles. She revealed that the dog suddenly came towards her and that she automatically fell for the pup. She now calls her new pet as "Pepe". Truly, Rihanna has some parenting skills to show off despite being a rocking pop star!
