Shia LaBeouf insane? Plagiarism acts condemned; actor spotted screaming 'America' at Mt. Rushmore

The American actor and director Shia LaBeouf is now facing plagiarism accusations for ripping off lyrics from a rap group who claimed that they owned the said lyrics. LaBeouf is also under recovery after having a head injury while shooting in North Dakota. Meanwhile, Shia LaBeouf was spotted screaming 'America!' during his visit to Mt. Rushmore.

Shia LaBeouf was alleged of copying the lyrics from the song 'Perfectionist' which was owned by Pri the Honeydark, both MC and music producer of the rap collective Anomalies. "You can't rip songs from my Anomalies crew, recite them in freestyle as your own, then not expect to be called out by ACTUAL MCs!... This is straight disrespect to lyricism," Pri the Honeydark wrote on her Instagram.

"Rare commodity/the quality is what it's got to be/and my philosophy/ is much farther than what your eyes can see" - these were the words that Shia LaBeouf 'copied' on the said rap group.

Just last week, Shia LaBeouf suffered from a head injury upon shooting for the film 'American Honey' in North Dakota where he had 13 staples and 20 stitches on his head and finger. The incident happened Wednesday last week, when the glass did not shatter as expected when he put his head through the glass window.

According to Shia's rep, "Shia LaBeouf sustained minimal injuries late last night on the set of his current film, 'American Honey.' As protocol, production sought out medical attention and Shia received stitches on his hand and for a laceration on his head. He is due back on set [Thursday]."

Last weekend, Shia was spotted screaming 'America!' during his visit on Mt. Rushmore. He even agreed to be photographed by some tourists and showed his injured finger. Shia was shirtless and was obviously having fun while shouting and posing with fans.
