Last scenes of the premiere episode of 'Suits' season 5 let viewers saw Harvey's moving on from Donna. He was having panic attacks, flushing the pills down the toilet, indicates that he finally accepted that she was not coming back and he's over her, as what IBTimes reported.

Mike takes a case as a favour, which he must justify to Jessica - while Rachel's father, Robert Zane, offers some unsolicited advice about Rachel's engagement to Mike. And Louis is embroiled in surprising money matters, while an up-and-coming partner, Jack, makes his presence known to Jessica, confronting her about whether Harvey's way of doing business is beneficial to the firm."
According to TVLine, Harvey found someone to replace Donna's position. She is Gretchen Bodinski, the character played by 'Scrubs' actress Aloma Wright, who will recur on Season 5. Gretchen will debut this week's episode with fresh perspective to the firm as the lawyer's new legal secretary.
Meanwhile, Harvey will be spending more time with therapist Dr Paula Agard. Speaking to TVGuide, creator Aaron Korsh said that Harvey's visit to the therapist is something to look up to. Creator revealed that they wanted to stylize his reason behind visiting the therapist as well as his anxiety. This speculates that Harvey and Agard may be involved in romantic scenes. But Korsh did not confirm these rumors.
Additionally, Korsh revealed that Harvey's "deep seeded" issues will not be resolved very quickly. And, Donna and Louis' relationship is at fragile point and it could get messy.
