Woodbridge Opens India Headquarters

Woodbridge International, a middle-market merger and acquisition firm, has announced the opening of its Pune, India headquarters. Senior M&A advisors Vaibhav Sundecha and Darshan Rathod alongside New York based Woodbridge Vice President Jitender Chopra will be managing the new office that will serve clients from all over India.

Woodbridge International is a mergers and acquisitions firm that concentrates mainly on selling privately-owned middle-market companies that is valued between 25 Crore to over 500 Crore or between $5 million and $10 million. Recently, Woodbridge was able to close a lot of cross-border transactions in different industries.

One of them was a Brazilian supplies distributor, Labor Import, was sold to Bunzl, a London-based distributor that is trading on the London Stock Exchange since March of this year.

Woodbridge has completed four other cross-border deals in 2012. U.S. based A&A Manufacturing Company which was sold to a leading German company specializing in OEM, Halltech Gmbh was one of them.
