In an announcement, biotechnology company Tauriga Sciences has named Stella M. Sung, Ph.D. as the company's Chief Operating Officer. The appointment of Dr Sung will take effect immediately.
As the COO, Dr. Sung will be in-charge of the evaluation process and formation of probable biotech transactions including capital requirements, DCF modeling, appraisals and due diligence for the firm.
"I am enthusiastic about building Tauriga's portfolio of diversified assets in the health care space. Serving as the Company's COO enables me to source and structure transactions with the goal of maximizing shareholder value, and Tauriga is already creating a pipeline of potential deals, " related Dr. Stella Sung.
