Foo Fighters' frontman, Dave Grohl is suffering with an injury from the band's previous performance in Sweden on June 12. The band has cancelled some of its show subsequently with their vocalist's leg fracture.
Foo Fighters repealed series of scheduled performances due to their frontman, Dave Grohl's leg injury due to a his jumped-off from the stage during the band's concert performance at Ullevi in Gothernburg, Sweden. The rough downturn of the jump caused Dave Grohl's to suffer a leg fracture but opt to continue and finished the said concert, Billboard reported.
It really seems that the recovery for Dave Grohl will take a while as he got his broken leg casted and said to be absent in scheduled Foo Fighter's gigs because of his condition. Dave Grohl, 46, had his leg casted with reportedly 6 pins put into it and rock out crunches and wheelchair for transport, Daily Mail UK shared.
Dave Grohl and the whole Foo Fighters band seemed to be really distressed about the injury and that they had to cancel some of their shows for the fans seemed really upsetting for them. The Foo Fighters' front man said in a statement with TIME Magazine that it was indeed a good night with 52,000 people cheering and rocking their heart out with the band's performance; hence jumping from a 12 feet-high stage in a bad light gave him the affliction of dislocating his ankle and cinching his fibula. Dave Grohl also promised that he will definitely going on to the fastest road to his recovery.
Dave Grohl might not be present in some of the scheduled performances of Foo Fighters this year as he will be concentrating on his recovery but the band reassures their fans that it will be still the same excitement and quality they will get from the various tour legs they are all-set onto.
