What to expect from 4 perspectives in ‘The Affair’? Is Season 2 worth to wait?

By

The level of drama will be double in 'The Affair' season 2, as two more point-of-views will be seen and heard. Aside from Noah and Alison, Helen and Cole's perspective will be featured. While the 4 perspectives are something to clear the whole story, it may only complicate the tale. And many viewers are feared that the next season may not live up to expectations.

According to TVLine, Showtime has released a teaser, which confirmed that Helen and Cole's perspectives will be included in 'The Affair' season 2. Thus, fans should expect to hear another side of the story this fall.

During the previous season, only Noah and Alison's versions were out. But many viewers said that they already got confuse which side they will be on, especially about how Alison and Noah met.

The additional two perspectives may only add complexity to the story, as Deadline noted. Although it's pretty exciting to see and hear what other characters have to say, it may only drag the entire season.

Meanwhile, Crossmap reports that 'The Affair' season 2 will also clear Noah's name. In the previous season, Noah was charged with murder of Scott and ended up in jail. The said teaser has thrown a hint that the next season will clear things up for him. The trailer ended with Noah claiming he did not kill Scott, and a voice answered, "Well, we've got to find out who did."

While the new trailer looks promising, it is exactly what anyone would expect it to be. The Guardian did not seem too happy about all of the things in the upcoming season of Showtime's 'The Affair'. The site also feared that the show would not live up to fans expectations, as there is really no need for a second season.
