For weeks Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian's split became one of the most talked about news in town. Recently, Kourtney is seeking help from a lawyer for her to have a sole custody over her three kids she shares with Disick. And while their split up is burning like wildfire, Disick accuses Kourtney of just using him for her to have beautiful babies.
As Kourtney Kardashian dumped her ex-partner Scott Disick, she follows it by seeking sole custody of their three children Mason, 5, Penelope, 3 and Reign, 7 months old. Scott's being a party animal again, being an irresponsible father to his children and could not control himself anymore, reasons why Kourtney does not want him anymore in their lives.
Mirror's source said that Kourtney went to a lawyer named Laura Wasser. "She met with Laura Wasser again. And is going to seek sole custody of the kids. She knows being with [Laura] is what's in their best interest. There's no turning back now and she is going full steam ahead with figuring out an agreement," a source dished out.
For the last weeks that Scott has been away because Kourtney dumped her, finally he showed up again at their house. This happened when Scott's ex Chloe Bartoli explained that nothing had happened between them when she was with Scott in France, according to Yahoo! Scott and Chloe were spotted cozy with each other while out for lunch in Europe.
However, Scott Disick fired back at Kourtney, saying he was only used by Kourtney to have beautiful babies. According to Hollywood Life, the 36-year old Kardashian might have no intention to marry Scott, but the 'Lord' model said that Kourtney planned this all along.
A source close to Scott said "It frustrated him that she wouldn't even agree to marry him but she wanted to keep having his babies. It's like she was with him just because he made beautiful babies. Ideally, Kourtney wanted four children - the next one hopefully another girl. But Scott was adamantly opposed to it and wouldn't even sleep with her out of fear she would get pregnant again."
