"Bleach 636" delighted the fans of the manga series that have been waiting for some action and progression of the story. Mayuri exposed the real power of the Pernida but Kenpachi got fatally injured in the process. One Piece 795 is delayed for this week.
Some more blood was shed in "Bleach 636" after Pernida twisted Kenpachi's arm further and further using The Compulsory, leaving him with no choice but to detach it from his body, Mangareader posted. Mayuri expressed admiration what Zaraki's did and asked Nemu to tend his wound. Kurotsuchi told them not to get close to the Quincy but Kenpachi decided to attack it once more.
The Quincy warped Kenpachi's legs, prompting Mayuri to incapacitate him using the Ashisogi Jizō. Mayuri also used Fear Factor 4 then Nemu told Ikkaku and Yumichika to cover their ears or they will go deaf in 4 seconds.
Kurotsuchi withdraws his blade from Zaraki's chest before exposing Pernida's real power, which is extending its nerves into his opponent's bodies to control their movements. When the Pernida tried to extend shadowy tendrils towards Mayuri, the latter released liquid all over the tendrils, causing the Quincy to scream in pain while its cloak begins to dissolve and slowly revealing its form.
We previously predicted what Pernida's real form might be, which hopefully be revealed in the next issue of Weekly Shonen Jump.
With the new Quincy standing in their way, does this mean more Sternritters are coming in "Bleach 637"? Although some fans found "Bleach 636" exciting, others over Reddit expressed their disappointment that the Sternritters' origin was still not mentioned in the new chapter of "Bleach."
Meanwhile, fans of Luffy will have to wait longer before the release of "One Piece 795." The new chapter of the famous manga series will drop on August 3 in the 36th issue of Weeksly Shonen Jump, as creator Eiichiro Oda is currently taking a break.
"Bleach 636" saw Kenpachi attack Pernida but was injured in the process, prompting Mayuri to take charge of the fight and revealed the Quincy's real power. Fans of the manga series are clamouring for the Sternritters' origin, which might reach the pages of "Bleach 637" along with the revelation of Pernida's true form.
