Married at First Sight season 3 might just get cancelled after the tragic triple divorce that happened to last season's couples. In addition, the recent split of this season's couple isn't helping much either after the groom Jason Knowles was caught creating his own Tinder profile despite already being married to Kate Stewart.
This controversial reality TV series is in hot water after reports of Jason Knowles and Kate Stewart's tragic split just two weeks into their marriage. According to Daily Mail UK, Jason felt like it was never meant to work out with Kate. The 34 year-old financial adviser wed and married the 31-year old trainer on Married at First Sight season 3. Even during the show's matching stage, Jason had admitted to not being particularly attracted to Kate having rated her photo a two out of seven.
It was also reported that Jason actually had more fun talking to the barman that was at their honeymoon hotel. In addition, Kate said that she considers smoking to be a deal breaker of hers. Unfortunately for her, Jason actually admits to smoking on social occasions.
Another added trouble for their relationship was the fact that the two had very busy working hours and could therefore hardly see each other. The Daily Mail UK also reported on how Jason's Tinder profile was found out by Kate's friend. All these factors had even made it impossible for the show's relationship therapist to help them in mending their relationship, hence the divorce which the two later on filed after just a couple of weeks of marriage.
Despite Jason's Tinder profile scandal, he swears that he was faithful throughout the entire run of the series. Mirror UK reports that Jason only created that profile on the popular dating app after he realized that he couldn't possibly carry on his relationship with his wife.
Currently, the only couple that remains married throughout this season is 32 year-old Emma Rathbone and 33 year-old James Ord-Hume.
