The board of Intelligent Highway Solutions Inc has announced that shares of stock under the ticker symbol IHSI has been traded publicly in the OTC Bulletin Board.

The company was established in April 2011 and is focused on providing services as a intelligent highway solutions contractor. The company provides services in the California transportation market ranging from labor, materials and other equipment for corrective and other maintenance services for the transportation infrastructure in California. The company would be expanding its services to provide cutting edge wireless technology for the transportation industry.
