'Grimm' season 5 is certain to continue the events where season 4 left off. That means, Nick Burkhardt agony after losing his mother and his girlfriend will be taking center stage. Fans knew that he is opting for vengeance, but he will be moving on when he finds out about his child with Adalind Schade.
The previous season of 'Grimm' left Nick Burkhardt in great sorrow. The royals took his mother and his girlfriend's life away. The season four finale showcased how the series have come to a much darker turn after Nick was convinced that his girlfriend Juliette deserved to die after he found out that she murdered his mother. The misunderstanding led to Juliette's death caused by Trubel who shot two arrows through Juliette.
Franchise Herald noted that Nick is certainly up for vengeance this season. However, it was not sure if where Nick's anger will be directed towards, since most of the royals are gone.
Additionally, there will be budding romance coming for him this season. Although Nick might have lost the love of his life in the season finale, fans who are expecting for a budding romance for Nick can await what Nick will do upon knowing that Adalind is carrying his child.
When finding out about his soon-to-be born baby his entire plan of revenge might become prevented or perhaps, will be eradicated. VCPost previously reported that his son will be his distraction to becoming a bad guy persona.
If that is so, his fatherly side will be an interesting contrast next to the vengeful role that he is going to take up. According to Master Herald, writers of the show are doing all of their efforts in creating some personality clashes for Nick.
Thus, in the end, viewers will get to see Nick move on from his life with his son on his side and the other with his possible new love interest.
