Since the release of Dying Light last January 27, 2015, fans have gone berserk over the zombie outrun mania that has reached their game fortress. With the further expansion of the game, DLCs are of course, a key ingredient to the game's fame recipe. See how much the DLC craze has moved forward, so far.
With Techland being immensely generous to date, fans have been very thankful for the numerous permitted gameplay footages that have been launched since about half a year ago. The last DLC, Bozak Horde, was released May of this year. Naturally, fans want more news regarding the in-game developments that are probably coming soon.
Gamescom 2015 may have a great contribution to the hunger of more Dying Light footage, as far as the recent trailer is concerned. With a shot of a dune buggy trying to get started by 2 characters, fans seem to have a quick clue of what the next expansion will be comprised of. Co-optimus seems to have ideas and takes on this tease.
Seen on youthhealthmag, Dying Light showed various footages of the gameplay which comprises the challenge-based game mode, together with the Cuisine & Cargo DLC that includes its two hardcore quarantine zones and lastly, the Ultimate Survivor Bundle DLC. In detail, the corresponding trailer showed as well the free content updates: Parkour Fever, Hard Mode, Quarantine Zones 2.0, Gold Weapons, Crazy New Weapons with an array of over 50 extra weapons, Character Outfits that contain approximately 50 choices and Be the Zombie Mutations that have 4 mutation stages.
Fans have certainly been addicted to the fad of Dying Light and simply cannot get enough of it. Last Jul. 4, the "Summer with Dying Light" event provided players with nifty unlimited grappling hook shots, and better, the near-omission of fall damage. The success of that event by Spider-Crane will then be followed up by the other scheduled upcoming events dated Aug. 15 to 16, Aug. 22 to 23 and the last will be on Aug. 29 to 30. Oddly enough, Pawel Marchewka , Techland CEO, was quoted on further wanting to focus on the further improvement of Dying Light. As per Mr. Marchewka, Hellraid, another upcoming game to be released, is currently stationary as of late Due to the insufficient output that Hellraid is under as of the moment, Mr. Marchewka decided to direct his attention more to Dying Light. He said, "Right now we want to concentrate on Dying Light. We wanted to be fair with the fans so we wanted to send a clear message, especially as a lot of the people were expecting new things coming from 'Hellraid' at E3 and Gamescom. We decided to take the pressure away."
