Things have been heating up between the custody of Chris Brown's daughter against the mother, Nia Guzman. Just recently, she filed legal documents to a judge requesting Chris Brown to have supervised visits with their daughter, Royalty, stating that he can't be fully trusted and irresponsible.
Reports on E! News state that Brown filed documents establishing his paternity and seeking for joint custody on their daughter. The petition also requested that he does not want supervised visits. Alongside this, Guzman demands 15,000 US dollars monthly from Brown for child support. Their daughter is with the mother Nia, who is based in Houston, Texas. Brown wants them to move to California for him to be closer to his daughter, a suggestion which Guzman is open to. Even so, she still wants supervised visits on Brown to their daughter.
Guzman doesn't trust Brown alone with their daughter, especially with his circle of friends being involved with substance abuse problems. Plus the added recent robbery at Brown's house which his aunt was held at gunpoint causes Guzman to fight the battle for supervised visits even more. In the news by Gossip Cop, an incident last month occurred wherein Brown wanted to take his daughter for the weekend yet she was already in another state. With all the mess at hand, the fight for custody has definitely heated up.
Lately, Brown has been posting photos of him with his daughter in social media, preferably in his instagram account. He calls his daughter the best thing in his life, all the more strength he has in fighting this battle for custody. Even his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, is close with the little girl. With speculations that their relationship is allegedly on the tracks of getting back together, reports that Rihanna gave Brown and his daughter a matching pair of diamond earrings surfaced, as reported by Hollywood Life.
The custody fight of Royalty has definitely put everyone on edge. With Guzman stating that given everything that has happened and issued with Brown, she is more convinced that her daughter is not safe with him alone in any way. Brown contradicts this by showing the social media how much he can love and protect his little girl.
