The head-tracking uses the Playstation Camera, which Sony claims to capture the headset's position up to 1000 times per second. Improvements have also been made to the frame and refresh rates, bringing them down to 120fps and 120hz, respectively.

Project Morpheus is set for a 2016 release with a rumored price tag of about $200. The device wast first introduced during the 2015 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) conference.
