In an announcement made by Checkpoint Sytems, Inc today, it disclosed that the sale of its Canadian and US Checkview organization to an associate of Platinum Equity was recently concluded. Last 25th of March, it was disclosed that Checkpoint Systems had already reached a finalized contract with Platinum Equity. The agreement showed that Platinum Equity acquired all the ongoing business operations and properties related to the Canadian and US businesses of Checkview. The financial terms agreed upon by the two parties were not disclosed.
