Leonardo DiCaprio News: “The Wolf Of Wall Street” Actor Receives $8,800 After Winning Lawsuit Over French Mag Oops That Reported Rihanna’s Fake Pregnancy

There's not much Leonardo DiCaprio news these days, but "The Wolf Of Wall Street" actor hit headlines after he was reported to claim 8,000 Euros (approximately $8,800) for winning a lawsuit over French Magazine Oops.

Leonardo DiCaprio is definitely not having a baby. Not with anyone else and not with "Bitch Better Have My Money" singer. This was made clear by DiCaprio, 40, who sued Oops for reporting that Rihanna was pregnant of his baby and he doesn't care about it, according to MIRROR.

The May 13 Oops edition "Rihanna Pregnant with Leonardo's Baby: He Doesn't Want The Baby" claims that the rumored couple is having a baby and he has "nothing to do with the supposed child." Gossip Cop slammed the rumors saying that it was impossible since the two are not even dating.

Frederic Truskolaski, owner of Oops and a defendant in the lawsuit told GC that they were not aware if Riri was pregnant.

"We didn't know" if Rihanna was pregnant, offering, "We thought she might be. We were not sure, of course."

After the controversial Oops headline in May, the 40-year-old actor's camp immediately filed a lawsuit against Oops for the false report. The actor was reported seeking 18,000 Euros ($20,000) for maximum amount in damages and legal fees. With the French court taking the side of DiCaprio, the court made it clear that the magazine violated the country's strict right to privacy laws.

After the court's decision, Truskolaski attacked the "Devil in the White City" actor saying that they already knew that the case would end that way, Just Jared reports. To make Leonardo DiCaprio news worse, the mag owner added the actor with a penchant for dating much younger models is "a pervert."

Meanwhile, the "Titanic" actor is presently filming "the Devil in the White City" and is reunited with "The Wolf of Wall Street" director Martin Scorsese. The two also worked in series of hit films "The Aviator," "Gangs of New York," "The Departed" and "Shutter Island."

With the latest DiCaprio news, the actor reiterated that it's different in France. Noone has the right to use captured photos in public which is against the French privacy laws.
