Justin Verlander and Kate Upton split rumors took rounds in the internet after news came out that the Sports Illustrated supermodel rejected the marriage proposal of her boyfriend quite a few times. They have been together for three years, but Upton is not ready yet to deal about marriage talks.

The Detroit Tigers pitcher,32, is apparently deadset on marrying his girl and he's serious to take their relationship to the next level. However, OK! magazine claimed that the "Game of War: Fire Age" brand ambassador, 23, requested her boyfriend to take it easy in his proposals.

"She's young, and he understands that her movie career is taking off, but her resistance is starting to test his patience," an insider told the magazine.

"You can't blame him for getting paranoid when he's stuck on the road and Kate is off filming."

It has been many times that Verlander's proposal was reportedly turned down by the 2014 Sexiest Woman Alive. There were claims that if Upton keeps on refusing her boyfriend's wedding offer, Justin and Kate will eventually split up, according to Classicalite.

Since the two have not been seen more often for months, the couple's split rumors continue to spiral out. According to Master Herald, there were not many updates about the two of Upton's social media pages. The model-turned-actress was also spotted alone many times recently.

There were also reports saying that the couple has not seen each other for weeks during summer. Was it true that the actress was reportedly enjoying her popularity at the moment and she's not ready yet to give up her career for love? Justin and Kate split continue to swirl online as more probing about their relationship is taking place.

Upton is presently busy promoting her new film "The Layover" which also features Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann. It is expected to be seen on the big screen in 2016.
