Fourth, make use of the web and social media to make your presence felt. Creating your own website will give insights to customers about your business as well as your brand. It is where they will get information what could they expect from your product or business.
Fifth, be excellent at what you do. Provide your customers with superior products or services. Doing so, will keep your customers coming back to buy your products or services.
